  The food is usually great. I have no complaints about the taste and quality of the food. However, the employees who work here are awful. I can understand when you have a bad day, you may not feel like communicating with people. I work fast food as well. I understand. But at least look at the person you're communicating with. When you open the drive through window and hang the bag out without even looking at or talking to the customer, that's so rude. They have acted like that to me three times.

  Give me a break! Can't believe people can't get your simple requests, NO KETCHUP, right, spill your drink on you through the drive up, hand you your food and then tell you it's going to be AT least 10 minutes before you get the frosty you ordered, meanwhile your food, that's made wrong, will be ice cold! After asking for refund for the frosties so you don't serve ice cold food to your family, the $15 dollar requesting employees can't even figure that out!! A trained monkey could do a better job and probably at only $5 an hour. Won't shadow the door of this location ever again. Just PATHETIC!!!
